Today was tough. We started hiking and it was beautiful. 

We were taking it slow but over time Russ' ankle hurt. He had a pain and it intensified the further we went. We decided to go back into town and take care of ourselves. 

We visited the urgent care because the ankle and foot doctor in the area couldnt take us till Friday (it was Tuesday. 😳)
